New functionality which is in MOR 9:

Calling Cards Addon

• Ask for Card data after callback option for Calling Card Callback to change time when to ask for Card details (Number/PIN)
• Set custom Ghost Minute Percent per Destination for Calling Card Group
• Set Ghost Balance Percent for Calling Card Groups
• Calling Cards payments list functionality
• Added a search bar for Calling Cards. This feature is also available for reseller user
• External Script for Calling Cards to manage various aspects how Card behaves outside of MOR Core! (MOD the MOR!) and make it behave as you want.

Payment Gateway Addon NEW!

New addon which will allow to use additional payment gateways:

• 2CheckOut
• Authorize.net
• Google Checkout
• Moneybookers
• PayPal PRO
• ...more will come later...

Other functionality

• Using ANI/PIN user will be able to press * to get to IVR where he will be able to select: to enter new destination, to redial same destination or to check his balance
• ANI/PIN Dial Plans allow to save original CallerID in CallerID Name field
• Fake Ring for Device/Provider to fake ringing signal in case when Device or Provider are not able to do that by themselves
• Cut everything till Hash function added to Localization and Provider Rules to have finer tuning over Destination management.
• Manage CallerID for Callback
• Call Log in Call Info for better debug
• Invoices can have Comments, Invoices list now can be exported to CSV, now you can export invoices to CSV by CallerID
• Day Type selection for Rate Import from CSV file for easier Rate management/update
• SMS Addon allows to use Unicode and custom CallerID for Clickatel
• MWI - Message Waiting Indication available for phones which supports this feature
• Privacy to hide Destination ends to comply with Italian law

• Now you can use an additional logout button in the right upper corner
• Now you can get to your personal details menu by pressing your Name and Surname in the upper right corner

• Redial all failed Calls feature is now available for autodialer addon

Functions which are implemented in MOR 9 but backported and available in MOR 8 also

To receive these upgrades MOR 8 must be updated.

• Personal DIDs to check for every user which DIDs he has assigned
• Active Calls for users/resellers
• All Devices visible in SETTINGS - Users - Devices with their Users/Resellers for better management
• Calls CSV export for Users/Providers speed increased x10 times and possible to archive CSV file to save time on downloading it
• Advanced Rates for Users to show on their portal
• Get all calls for Reseller and his Users in selected period in CSV
• Check User Actions instantly by pressing one button near each User
• Rate import from CSV Analysis step speed is increased x20 times
• Tariff Transformation and Rate import from CSV are enabled for Resellers also
• Maximum amount in default paypal
• Hide Device Password for users. This feature is also available for Resellers
• Now you can see currency in generated invoice PDF
• Accountant now can see active calls
• Added new search options to call list: search by device, search by HGC
• Added money icon in users list. You can use this icon to make a manual payment for that user
