Description
Responsible Accountant is an Accountant who can be assigned either to specific User(s) and/or Provider(s).
User's Responsible Accountant
A Responsible Accountant can be assigned for the User in the User Settings page, General block. After the Accountant is assigned to the User as the Responsible Accountant, he can:
- Get Warning balance email which informs about the Users' critical Balance.
When the "Show only assigned Users:" setting is checked in the Accountant edit form, that Accountant will be able to see just those Users whom he is assigned as the Responsible Accountant. That means that Users who are assigned to other Accountants or not assigned at all, will not be shown in the Accountants' GUI. Pages that will be affected are:
- Active Calls
- Provider Active Calls
- Action log
- Archived Calls
- Aggregate
- Invoices
- Last Calls
- Payments
- User Details
- Users Calls
- Country Stats
- Loss Making Calls
- Calls per Day
- Calls per Hour
- System Stats
- Hangup Cause
- Profit Stats
- Graphs
- Faxes
NOTE Responsible Accountant can be assigned only for Admin users - Reseller, Partner and simple User.
Provider's Responsible Accountant
Responsible Accountant can be assigned for Provider in Provider Settings page, General block. When the "Show only assigned Providers:" setting is checked in the Accountant edit form, that Accountant will be able to see just those Providers to which he is assigned as the Responsible Accountant. That means that Providers that are assigned to other Accountants or not assigned at all, will not be shown in the Accountants' GUI. Pages which will be affected are:
- Providers
- Provider Active Calls
- Quick Providers changes
- Providers Statistics
- Active Calls
- Aggregate
- Archived calls
- Calls per Day
- Calls per Hour
- DIDs
- DIDs Stats
- DIDs Summary
- Hangup Cause Stats
- LCR - Providers will be shown but without real names.
