Description
Dial Plan is the name for a specific functionality in MOR. The Dial Plan is one of the key elements of a Unified Communications system, and an integral part of all call process. Generally, the Dial Plan is responsible for instructing the system on how to carry out and route calls. It is useful if you want different instruction for calls process.
Usage
You can find all Dial Plans in SETTINGS –> Billing –> DIDs –> Dial Plans:
