Dial Plans

Description

Dial Plan is the name for a specific functionality in MOR. The Dial Plan is one of the key elements of a Unified Communications system, and an integral part of all call process. Generally, the Dial Plan is responsible for instructing the system on how to carry out and route calls. It is useful if you want different instruction for calls process.

Usage

You can find all Dial Plans in SETTINGS –> Billing –> DIDs –> Dial Plans:



and choose Dial Plan type. Currently MOR has the following types:

• Authorization by PIN
• Authorization by ANI
• Calling Card Dial Plan
• Callback Dial Plan
• IVR Dial Plan
• Authorization by ANI + CallCard on one DID
