DID Blocking

If a customer is not paying or you want to block calls to his DIDs for any other reason, go to the DID window and Close DIDs which belong to this customer.

"Blocking" in the User EDIT menu will not block his DIDs. It will only block dialing, so that the user will not be able to dial out.
