User or Reseller got Blocked automatically

• Check Uncoditional and Conditional blocking settings for User/Reseller which was Blocked. If those options are enabled, User/Reseller is blocked automatically at specific day or date.

• Check User balance and Subscriptions configuration. If Prepaid User balance is not sufficient to pay for Subscription and option Do not allow PREPAID User balance drop below zero (block them instead) is enabled, User gets blocked.
