- Check Uncoditional and Conditional blocking settings for User/Reseller which was Blocked. If those options are enabled, User/Reseller is blocked automatically at specific day or date.
- Check User balance and Subscriptions configuration. If User balance was not sufficient to pay for subscriptions, it can be blocked, if system is configured to do so.
