Reseller calls are not working

Reseller Addon is not enabled
All calls work, except for Resellers.
In CLI such messages are visible:
[2011-06-24 11:13:14] WARNING[5256]: app_mor_various.c:60 mor_check_allow_loss_calls: Provider (ID: 4) skipped, because provider's rate (0.045800) is higher than reseller's rate (0.000000) and admin does not allow loss calls. This means that Reseller Addon (RS) is not enabled in the Core.
Contact Kolmisoft support to fix it.
No rate for destination
The problems is that the reseller does not have any rates for certain destination, so call is not allowed.
If reseller is using Admin providers, reseller rate is also checked, because reseller is buying traffic
from admin. If no reseller rate is present, call is not allowed.
