Registration is successful. However, after 3 minutes since Registration, MOR tries to send the call to this Phone, but there is no response from the Phone.

It is a connectivity issue. Could be that routers close UDP ports during those 3 minutes.

Please try to enable Qualify: 9000ms on this Device settings. This will send OPTION packets to the Phone every 60 seconds to keep the connection open.
