Registration OK but call does not pass

Registration is successful. However, after 3 minutes since Registration, MOR tries to send the call to this Phone, but there is no response from the Phone.
It is a connectivity issue. Could be that routers close UDP ports during those 3 minutes.
Please try to enable Qualify: 9000ms on this Device settings. This will send OPTION packets to the Phone every 60 seconds to keep the connection open.
Alternatively, if the Qualify does not help. Check for Keep Alive options in Phone settings. It could be that port is constantly changing by NAT, and the phone should keep updating Registrations with a new port.
