1. Make sure that Originator's IP is not blocked. More information how to check and solve such issue is available here and here.

2. Call is rejected by MOR due high load. In this case there will be no CDR in last calls section. More information how to check and solve such issue is available here.

Performance of single server solution in ideal conditions (no extensive GUI usage and no transcoding):

MOR - up to 500 concurrent calls, up to 25 CPS (calls per second).

If it's the case, please analyze your traffic. It's, probably, beyond described limits.

Let's start with Simultaneous Calls stats of single MOR server:

Overloaded load stats.png

Simultaneous Calls show how many answered calls were during 1 minute. If the call, for example, lasts 60 minutes, it will be shown all 60 minutes in graph.

Call Attempts show how many calls were trying to connect during 1 minute.

As you can see from graph, there are much more calls than single MOR server can handle.

Factors:

CPS - (if you accept a lot of short calls at the same time (so called dialer or call center traffic), softswitch performance decreases).

Protocol and codec conversion - in case of transcoding performance decreases two times.

Total calls: 349066.

Answered calls: 39684.

Transcoded calls: 13602.

More than 34% of answered calls were transcoded.

Calls length - if you accept a lot of short calls at the same time (so called dialer or call center traffic), softswitch performance decreases.

For higher performance it is recommended to deploy a multi-server solution.

More information and examples about softswitch performance here.
