Table mor.taxes doesnt exist: SHOW FIELDS FROM taxes

This is on a fresh install of 0.7 (MOR_install_from_InstallCD). After changing the passwords and updating the config files as per MOR PRO post installation.

When I click on users->admin->edit. I get this error - 

INTERNAL ERROR. - ID: 20090307203214 - ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid -
Mysql::Error: Table mor.taxes doesnt exist: SHOW FIELDS FROM taxes

How to fix this?
