Table mor.taxes doesnt exist: SHOW FIELDS FROM taxes

This is on a fresh install of 0.7 (MOR_install_from_InstallCD). After changing the passwords and updating the config files as per MOR PRO post installation.
When I click on users->admin->edit. I get this error -
INTERNAL ERROR. - ID: 20090307203214 - ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid - Mysql::Error: Table mor.taxes doesnt exist: SHOW FIELDS FROM taxes
How to fix this?
Please use our support system to solve problems.
This problem occurs when you install MOR 0.8 beta on MOR 0.7 system which is not allowed.
Downgrade to MOR 0.7 and do not use wiki to post such problems.
It is wrong place for it.
