203 No rates for user

Audio.png SYSTEM ERROR. CODE 203. No rates for user. User cannot make call because his tariff does not have rates to dialed destination. 
Enter rates to users' tariff to allow him to dial to this destination.

Use Call Tracing for exact problem!

Check which tarrif plan user is using, lets say ABC

Go to http://Your GUI server's IP address/billing/tariffs/list and edit ABC tarrif plan. Apply correct rates for your destination.
