MOR licensing

MOR license comes per 1 server. Call capacity (how many concurrent calls it will handle) depends on your server specifications, codecs you use, etc. More info can be found here

Price of multi-server solution will not be equal to one server solution

Upgrades

Upgrade to the newer version is paid. Free upgrades belong only for clients who are subscribed to the following services:

• MOR RENT
• Hosted MOR

Upgrade price for one server solution is the same as upgrade for multi-server solution if few servers form a single system (valid from 2011/08/24). For example:

• 2 server redundant solution
• 4 server redundant solution
• System with few asterisk servers
• Etc

Addons

All addons are paid. No addons are included in MOR license by default.

Addon price for one server solution is the same as addon for multi-server solution if few servers form a single system. For example:

• 2 server redundant solution
• 4 server redundant solution
• System with few asterisk servers
• Etc

Support

Kolmisoft can offer two types of support:

• Paid support in Support system with defined time-frame and highest support level
• FREE support in Kolmisoft Forum without defined time-frame

Other services

Migration

Data migration is paid. Before doing data migration Kolmisoft requires:

• Access to the old server (where MOR was originally installed)
• Access to the new server with fresh Centos installation

After migration is completed it is possible to leave old server active for 1 week.

License migration is free. Before doing migration Kolmisoft requires:

• Access to the old server (where MOR was originally installed)
• Access to the new server with pre-installed MOR

After migration is completed it is possible to leave old server active for 1 week.
