Description
This window shows from which Destination calls came.
NOTE: Unknown calls are the ones, which CallerID length is < 11 digits or number is invalid (does not match E164 format).
Window is empty!
This happens when MOR can't determine from which destination calls came (e.g. when there are no correct CallerIDs at all - not a single one).
MOR tries to do that (to determine) by CallerID.
So if we have such calls in Last Calls:
MOR can't know which destination calls came from.
Here all CallerID are local extensions, that means they are not related to any Destination.
That's why window is empty.
