SYSTEM ERROR. CODE 221. Device call limit reached.
Device is not allowed to make more simultaneous calls.
Increase the user's limit in Device settings if you want to allow him to make more simultaneous calls.

This HGC is also generated when calls are terminated due to blocking by CallerID per Device
