Kolmisoft provides personalized training to explain how to use Kolmisoft system and perform specific actions, e.g.: | |||

Kolmisoft provides personalized training to explain how to use Kolmisoft system and perform specific actions, e.g.:
- Add provider
- Configure LCR
- Upload tariff
- Generate calling cards
- Configure IVR
- etc.
The price of training is 100 EUR/h and it's usually done online by Zoom with screen-sharing, video and audio.
It's also possible to organize on-site training at client's office or Kolmisoft office.
Before scheduling training time we need to agree:
- On whose system training will be done
- Training scenario and goals
- Training time
