Previous versions of MOR (prior to MOR 9) divided calls into Outgoing and Incoming.
Starting from version 9 there are no more such classification.
The reason to this is that calls in MOR can be 3 types:
1. Outgoing 2. Incoming 3. Incoming+Outgoing (when somebody dials INTO the system and dials out FROM the system: Calling Cards, IVRs, ANI/PIN, etc)
That is why there is no logic to divide calls into Outgoing/Incoming anymore.
