Description
REPORTS –> Calls List shows the most recent calls in the system. It is used in Troubleshooting.
Calls List search is available both for users and administrators. You can make search by Originator (User), Origination Point, call Status, Hangup Cause, Termination Point, Source, Destination, Server or UniqueID.
Show DID data - if enabled shows additional columns with DID information.
Billsec - billable duration (from the answer to hangup) excluding minimal time and increment;
Duration - call duration from the first INVITE to BYE.
/ - shows codecs used. A red icon indicates transcoding and a green arrow indicates that legA and legB used the same codecs and no transcoding was done.
- means that codecs are unknown for both legs or for one leg. Enter Call Info page for detailed information.
- redirects to Call Info page where detailed information about the calls is shown.
Search usage
The destination field allows you to search by Exact destination, by first digits, and by matching pattern.
Examples:
- 370123 will return all calls where number is "370123";
- 370% will return all calls where number begins with "370";
- %70% will return all calls where number contains "70".
CSV
Using the "Export to CSV" icon you can export your currently displayed calls into CSV
Using the "Export to PDF" icon you can export your currently displayed calls into PDF
Additional columns
Admin can add additional columns in the Calls list by selecting settings in MAINTENANCE -> Settings -> Last Calls tab.
Calls list for end Users
The calls list for end Users shows calls made by User and calls made by others through the User's Terminators. If the User made a call, then the call price shows how much the User pays to System Admin (User price). If someone else made a call through the User's Terminator, then the call price shows how much the System Admin pays to the User (Terminator price).
