M4 Calls List
Description
REPORTS –> Calls List shows the most recent calls in the system. It is used in Troubleshooting.
The Calls List search is available both for users and administrators. You can make search by Originator (User), Origination Point, call Status, Hangup Cause, Termination Point, Source, Destination, Server or UniqueID.
Show DID data - if enabled shows additional columns with DID information.
Billsec - billable duration (from the answer to hangup) excluding minimal time and increment;
Duration - call duration from the first INVITE to BYE.
/
- shows codecs used. A red icon indicates transcoding, and a green arrow indicates that legA and legB used the same codecs and no transcoding was done.
- means that codecs are unknown for both legs or for one leg. Enter Call Info page for detailed information.
- redirects to Call Info page, where detailed information about the calls is shown.
Search usage
The destination field allows you to search by Exact destination, by first digits, and by matching pattern.
Examples:
- 370123 will return all calls where number is "370123";
- 370% will return all calls where number begins with "370";
- %70% will return all calls where number contains "70".
CSV
Using the "Export to CSV" icon, you can export your currently displayed calls into CSV
Using the "Export to PDF" icon, you can export your currently displayed calls into a PDF
Additional columns
Admin can add additional columns in the Calls list by selecting settings in MAINTENANCE -> Settings -> Calls List tab.
Calls list for end Users
The call list for end Users shows calls made by the user and calls made by others through the User's Terminators. If the User made a call, then the call price shows how much the User pays to the System Admin (User price). If someone else made a call through the User's Terminator, then the call price shows how much the System Admin pays to the User (Terminator price).
Search by Source (CallerID) sent to TP
When Source search does not find the call
If you search the Calls List by Source and enter a number (for example, 390302065901), but the provider or the system changes the number (e.g., to a number pool value) before sending it to the terminator, the call is stored with that changed value in Source (CallerID) sent to TP. In that case, searching by Source will not return the call, because Source holds the original value and Source (CallerID) sent to TP holds the value actually sent to the provider/terminator.
How to find the CDR
Use the Source (CallerID) sent to TP search field on the Calls List page. It appears in the search form in a row under Source. Enter the number that was sent to the terminator (e.g., the number pool value 390302065901). The search supports the same pattern rules as Source and Destination:
390302065901— exact match390302065901%— number begins with 390302065901%901— number contains 90139030206590_— number begins with 39030206590 followed by any one character (e.g. 390302065901, 390302065902)
Prerequisite
The Source (CallerID) sent to TP search field and the corresponding column in the results table are shown only when the option is enabled in the system:
Go to MAINTENANCE → Settings, open the Calls List tab, and enable Show CallerID sent to TP. Save the changes. After that, the search field and the "CallerID sent to TP" column will appear on the Calls List page.
