Kolmisoft provides personalized training to explain how to use Kolmisoft system and perform specific actions, e.g.:
== FREE Online Group Training every week ==


* Online Skype call with screen-sharing, video, audio
* Add provider
* Every Kolmisoft Client is eligible for this Training
* Configure LCR
* Training is hosted strictly on Kolmisoft's server
* Upload tariff
* Training sessions are every Tuesday 3:00 PM (UTC +2 Lithuania time)
* Generate calling cards
* To participate in the weekly training send a contact invitation to skype name: kolmisoft_training.
* Configure IVR
* You can send the skype invitation during the session as well. You will be added to the call.
* etc.
* Your contact will be deleted after the session, so please send a new invitation before the next weeks training if you wish to participate.


The price of training is 100 EUR/h and it's usually done online by Zoom with screen-sharing, video and audio.
