That is a bug in MOR GUI. You have to update your GUI and try to replicate the problem. If the problem after update persists please report it to Kolmisoft.

Use your favourite text redactor
- For example with Midnight Commander
mcedit /home/mor/log/production.log
- Press F7 and search by ID.
- Copy 20 lines below
- Create a new ticket following these instructions
- Make ticket priority Defect.
