New functionality

Resellers will be able to have own Providers
- Admin will be able to mark some of his Providers to be optionally used for Resellers

Global monitorings now can be disabled for selected users leaving only personal monitorings valid for them

Call Tracing will include Reseller's data
Proper handling of on/off-peak tariff (importing/exporting)
Tariff change for User/Provider on selected date
Possibility to play HGC for ALL error codes
Prefix Finder will show available rates to selected Destination
Forget password reminder functionality
DID timeout response and DID timeout digit
Devices overview for resellers
Users list now can be sorted by fields: ID, User, Username, Usertype, Account type, Balance

Search functionality in tariff and rate lists
Resellers can route Autodialer to IVR.
New MOR API features: user registration, change user balance
Cron actions - lets you change tariff at a specified time automatically.

To receive these upgrades MOR 9 must be updated.
