Resellers cannot enable recording functionality for their users

In order to use this functionality you need the Recordings Addon
1. As admin, go to Reseller Edit settings and check Allow to use recording functionality. Reseller will be able to use Recording addon functionality.
2. Now when reseller logs in to his account, he/she can enable the recordins functionality for users and their devices.
