Kick and Block user

If User is Online, you can click on icon 
to Kick and Block user. Click this button will do the following:
- User will be log out of the system
- User will be blocked
- User's password will be changed to random
- Option Allow to login and receive emails will be disabled for User if it was active before.
- New action is created in Action log with Action type - kicked_by_admin
