I want to setup a user to call for free

At some situations you might want to setup a user to call for free, this guide will show you to do this properly.

Setup

1. Create a new user tariff with 0 rates for destinations which should be allowed to call.

2. Assign a tariff from step 1 to a desired user.

3. Set allow loss calls for that user in user settings.
