IVR announces incorrect Remaining time during the call

This issue can be caused by incorrect "frozen_time" value on /etc/asterisk/mor.conf and "Tell remaining time when left" value on device settings.
For example:
If frozen_time is set to 10 (minutes) and "Tell remaining time when left" value is set to 600 (seconds), then you will hear IVR "9 minutes left" after the first minute of conversation.
This problem can be resolved by decreasing "Tell remaining time when left" value (default is 60 seconds) or increasing "frozen_time" value (default is 60 minutes).
