Ask only PIN

Check this option in the Dial Plan configuration. If it is OFF, then you need to enter NUMBER and PIN at the same time when the system asks you. If system tells you that the Card cannot be found, check this option and enter ONLY PIN. Do not enter # at the end.




Card not Sold

In order to use a Card, it must be 'Sold'. Mark it as Sold in the GUI.
