What would be really nice is a section that talks about selling calling cards legally in the United States, such as having all the licenses and on-going requirements from the FCC in the United States.

If you have US customers who resell your service, they must hold a 214 license and submit 499-A forms for USF for businesses generating less than $10,000 in revenues or 499-Q for customers generating more (which are submitted quarterly).

Without these, the FCC can impose fines greater than 100,000 USD.

If your potential customers an honest mistake can cause lot's of fines. I realize that you are not a "Legal Eagle", but you may want to place a disclaimer somewhere letting prospective customers know that they need to check local and governmental regulations prior to entering the calling card business.
