Users are blocked by alert. To check which alert is blocking. Go to alert list location : http://xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx/billing/alerts/list. (Replace xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx with your servers IP adress). File:Example.jpg If this Alert is not needed for you, you can disable or delete it. You can also check why Users are blocked using Action Log (Reports -> Action Log).
