If you can still hear HGC sounds, that means that your Provider is using MOR also and has HGC enabled on his server.
To make sure of this, check the call in which you heard HGC sound.
If it looks like this:

That means exactly that - your Provider plays HGC on his server.
ANSWERED (16) points to this.
If you see ANSWERED (2XX) that means that HGC is played on your server, e.g. you failed to disable them.
Contact your Provider to resolve this issue. As HGC is ment just for beginners to help to start, Provider should disable HGC on their server asap.

Make sure you restarted Asterisk after you disabled HGC Sounds.

If you can still hear HGC sounds, that means that your Provider is using MOR also and has HGC enabled on his server.

That means exactly that - your Provider plays HGC on his server.
