Cannot check balance for Calling Card over IVR

If you press "3" in IVR, which should tell the Card owner the remaining Card balance, and you hear "AUTHORIZATION FAILED" (3 times sometimes), it means that DB settings are not configured properly in /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/mor.conf (they should match values in /etc/asterisk/mor.conf).
