Cannot check balance for Calling Card over IVR

If you press "3" in IVR which should tell Card owner remaining Card balance and you hear "AUTHORIZATION FAILED" (3 times sometimes)
that means that DB settings are not configured properly in /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/mor.conf (should match values in /etc/asterisk/mor.conf)
