When IP Authentication checked IP must be unique
This was done on purpose, because if 2 providers would be configured with authentication by IP in the same system and 2 separate users would be using the same provider - the provider will not distinguish which user to bill as calls come from the same IP. One user would be billed for both user calls by the provider.
