Calls of NEC PBX are propped after few seconds

NEC PBXes does not respond to OK 200 packet sent by Asterisk, which causes it to drop call. Solution from MOR side is to add/uncomment option in general section of /etc/asterisk/sip.conf

and do 

sip reload

in Asterisk CLI
