This issue can appear if admin's/reseller's default currency do not match default system currency.
It is so, because values are saved in default system currency on Database, but GUI shows values in currency which is set as default admin's/reseller's currency. Exchange rates are used for currency conversions, and these exchange rates are changing everyday. That is why you can see different values everyday.
