Hangupcause Code - 301. Originator not found (IP/port/Tech.prefix)
Originator is searched by:
- IP
- Port
- Technical prefix
If ALL of these values are correct - then Originator will be found.
If AT LEAST ONE of these values are not correct - then Originator will NOT be found.
Make sure Origination Point is marked as Active.
By default, IP is denied for 120s after 301 is received (core/cache).
