M4 Financial Status

This page allows you quickly to check the Current Balance Status of all Users, or find a particular one. On this page, hidden users are not shown. Also, you are able to see Balance MIN and MAX values for specific Users, Warn Balance Threshold value and verify whether does system will send a warning balance email.

Usage

Go to SETTINGS –> Accounting –> Financial Status and you will find all information described above.

Warn Balance Threshold is in red when Warn on Low Balance on low balance is checked and Warn Balance Threshold is more than current user's balance.
