M4 switch works under NAT.

Configuration scripts automatically detect NAT, and internal/external IPs, and configures Kamailio and RTPEngine to support NAT routing.

Make sure port forwarding is set properly on your router. 

UDP 5060 to Kamailio server
UDP 10000-50000 open for RTP
