302 Global Call Limit reached

By default it should mean that system is trying to serve more calls then it is allowed by the license.

New calls which go over the Global Call Limit will be discarded with such error message.

But most of the time this is not the case.

This problem arises when DB is locked or it's load is very high and cannot terminate the calls and internal call counter increases without real calls increasing.

Then DB high load/lock problem should be investigated and resolved.
