Reseller PRO cannot change asterisk server for their providers

Resellers cannot choose the server for their providers to work on as they might misunderstand this

setting and use it for incorrect servers, create unnecessary load on servers that they are not supposed

to use. Resellers have no idea or control over the systems architecture and structure. Therefor

the first provider in the system is used for resellers. Currently there are no plans to change this system

behavior.
