DID Blocking

If customer is not paying or for whatever other reason you want to block calls to his DIDs - go to DID window and Close DIDs which belong to this customer.

"Blocking" in User EDIT menu will not block his DIDs. It will only block dialing. E.g. user will not be able to dial out.
