Warning balance
Description
This function allows a number of actions to be taken when a user's balance drops lower than the set value.
You can edit Warning Balance in User Details.
From Admin Account
Check Active to activate this function. Upon activation, the User, Admin and Responsible Accountant will receive an email when User balance drops lower than the balance set in the fields after: Send email when balance drops lower than.
Select when to send such an email and for who:
- Only once when balance drops lower than – email will be sent only one time when balance drops lower than written.
- Every day at – email will be sent every day at selected time, by users time zone, while balance is lower than written.
Additionally, you can play an audio message whenever the user makes a call if balance drops below setup Warning Balance.
Check Play before every call and select the audio file to play.
Play when balance drops lower than lets to set balance limit for above option.
If Send SMS in addition to Emails: is active (options is available from X15), MOR will send SMS in addition to Email. MOR will send SMS to number set in "Mobile Phone:" field in Registration Address section.
Use this with caution - not many users will like this!
- Warning Balance Email – This Email is used as a primary email where to send Warning Balance email. If this email is empty Email in Registration Address section is used.
- Daily Balance Limit warning – Admin will receive an email once a day when User reach Daily Balance limit set in the field (MOR checks it every hour). If Admin increase Send email when Balance Limit reaches value, he will receive the email once again.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to set Daily Balance limit for a user first. Default value from Daily Balance limit is set for Send email when Balance Limit reaches. It is better to set lower value for Send email when Balance Limit reaches compared to Daily Balance limit, because Send email when Balance Limit reaches limit may not be reached, but User will not be able to make calls.
From Reseller Account
Check Active to activate this function.

- Emails are sent hourly that means that it might take some time for you to receive an email after the balance drops.
