Device is trying to send T.38 but it is not properly negotiated with Asterisk.

Explanation: Codec 127 would be in the range of codecs which must be negotiated. Ergo, the device sending it is incorrect in doing so (unless you can find some other sort of standard to explain it) and thus this is not an Asterisk bug.
