Call with video support enabled fails

This usually happens when video support is enabled with multiple video codecs in MOR for the device In this case we need to avoid negotiation of the video session.

If you want to avoid video codec negociation in Asterisk 1.4.x unpatched, make sure that you enable a single video codec for the device.
