Asterisk Languages
Asterisk includes a number of sound languages that can be used to create custom audio prompts and announcements for use in Asterisk-based systems.
These sound languages allow users to create professional-quality audio prompts and messages that can be used for a variety of purposes,
such as voicemail greetings, call routing announcements, and interactive voice response (IVR) menus.
The difference from the Sound files is that Languages are used for default Asterisk functionality - such as Voicemail, Queues, etc. And Sound files are used for MOR's functionality, like Calling Cards, Authorization by PIN, etc.
Such languages (sound files) are installed by default in MOR:

If some language is missing, it can be installed with script /asterisk/sounds_additional_install.sh
