Weekly Q&A Session by Skype

WHEN?
Every Tuesday from 3:00 PM till 4:00 PM Lithuania time (unless it's a non-working day in Lithuania).

WHO CAN JOIN?
All Kolmisoft clients and Pilot project users are eligible to join.

HOW SESSION LOOKS LIKE?
Session is done by Skype call with screen-sharing (audio + video). Session participants ask questions and responsible engineer answers those questions by showing how this is done in Kolmisoft system. If one part of questions is related to MOR and another to M2, engineer will dedicate half of the time for each system. All examples are shown on Kolmisoft's server.

HOW CAN I JOIN?
To participate, please create ticket on support system with such request before session starts. Please also include your Skype name. Once session starts, engineer (Skype name kolmisoft_training) will call you. Create new ticket for each new session.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?
To make the time that you spend during the session as efficient as possible, please prepare a list of questions that you'd like to cover. The session takes 1 hour, so engineers will try to answer as many questions as possible.
