Provider Active Calls

Description

This report shows a real-time distribution of Active Calls between the Providers.

Usage

Go to STATISTICS –> Calls –> Active Calls –> Provider Active Calls:



The report table lists all the Providers that currently have Active Calls, shows the used Protocol, IP Address, Number of calls currently going via each Provider, Number of Answered calls, Calls Limit set for the Provider, and Free Lines (Calls Limit – Total Calls).
