238 Provider used its daily call time limit

Provider has daily call limit and call cannot pass over this provider because today too much call time was used over this Provider.

Tomorrow daily limit will be reset and calls over this Provider will be possible again (until limit will be reached again).

This limitation is only for OUTGOING calls.
